The Nutcracker (Russian: Shchelkunchik) is a two-act ballet, originally choreographed by Marius Petipa and Lev Ivanov with a score by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. The Nutcracker has enjoyed enormous popularity since the mid-20th century and is now performed by countless ballet companies, primarily during the Christmas season.
We would like our Nutcracker Room to be popular as well and not only during the Christmas season. That’s why this spacious six bed dorm is set up with bright colors and a lovely nutcracker on the wall. The room is full air conditioned, equipped with three bunk beds where each bed has its own night light, shelves, electric socket and an own curtain which ensures more privacy for each guest. Individual lockers are provided in the room without charge. Common bathroom facilities are accessible through the corridor.
Note: This is a walk-through room, so if you would like to have more privacy or if you are small group of six people, please send us a request for another room (e.g. The Marche Slave Room).
